    Art at the Co-op
    The Moscow Food Co-op welcomes artist Julene Ewert of Moscow, Idaho in the Co-op’s deli gallery. The opening reception is from 5-6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 7. The show will run through Wednesday, April 10. Ewert uses common materials in surprising new ways.  Her inspiration comes from nature, travel and everyday life. www.juleneewert.com.

    Mamas + Papas of the Palouse
    Create art with your baby from 9:30-11:00 a.m., Monday, March 4 at the Uma Center (414 South Jefferson Street) in Moscow.
    The Mamas + Papas of the Palouse is group for expecting parents and parents with kids up to two years old. Meet for conversation and informal talks by experienced parents and experts.     Co-op Kids
    Children and their caregivers are welcome for the following Co-op Kids activities. Co-op Kids meets weekly and all events are all free, with snacks and materials donated by the Moscow Food Co-op. Co-op Kids is held every Tuesday from 9-10 a.m. at the Moscow Food Co-op deli seating area unless otherwise noted.
    March 5: Nature crafts with the Palouse Land Trust
    March 12: Playdoh.
    March 19: Bookmaking.
    March 26: Making butter and tasting bread.

    Good Food Book Club
    The Co-op’s Good Food Book Club will meet from 4-5:30 p.m., Sunday, March 31 at a private residence (email bookclub@moscowfood.coop for directions) to discuss “Our Table of Memories: Food & Poetry of Spirit, Homeland & Tradition” by Merna Ann Hecht. The book is available at BookPeople where Co-op owners receive 15 percent discount on the cost of the Good Food Book Club book.

    Food for Thought Film Series
    The Moscow Food Co-op is proud to present “"The Reluctant Radical"” for the Food for Thought Film Series. The free film will be shown beginning at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 27 at the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre, 508 South Main Street in downtown Moscow.

    Moscow Food Co-op Holds Board Election
    The Moscow Food Co-op invites the public to a board candidate forum at 7 p.m., Monday, March 18 in the Co-op deli.  Online voting will be open from Monday, March 18 until 5 p.m. Sunday, March 31 to Co-op owners in good standing at www.moscowfood.coop/evoting.  New owners must join by Thursday, March 14 to be eligible to vote in this year’s election.
