City of Moscow closes parks and pathways affected by localized flooding
February 16, 2017 (Moscow, Idaho)—
Due to the rain fall and localized flooding the City of Moscow has closed the athletic fields and dog park at Mountain View Park, the pathway at Heron’s Hideout, and the pathway at Berman Creekside Park from Styner Avenue to Highway 95. For safety reasons, City staff asks the public not to enter into these areas until barriers currently in place are removed.
