    The Highway 8 Underpass Pathway at Troy Road and Styner Avenue has been closed for public safety due to flooding.  With snow melt and warmer temperatures, Paradise Creek has risen to the point that water has inundated the pathway.  The City of Moscow will continue to monitor the flooding and reopen the pathway when it is safe for the public to use and the debris can be cleaned up.        The ...read more
