Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent management experience. Minimum of one-year branch team member experience. Mortgage Certification. Business Account Certification. Signature Guarantee/Medallion Stamp Certification, Notary Public. Ability to work with other department supervisors. Ability to supervise all personnel within the branch. Ability to effectively work and communicate with Administration. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.
Be able to insure the smooth operation of branch and quality service to the membership. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Knowledge of all Credit Union functions, procedures, and policies. Prioritize to allow 15 hours per week for coaching. Be involved in business development and community service activities. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.) Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc). Repetitive motion using wrists, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).
Must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
