Chelsea Jacobs is a recent transplant to the Palouse, hailing from Seattle, Washington. She has been performing burlesque and teaching workshops across the US for 8 years, and proudly founded The Emerald City Burlesque Revue - Seattle's only all-classic quarterly revue! For this month's Shimmy on the Down, she'll be bringing burlesque - adjacent performance. Expect all the sparkle, but less of the scandal!
RebL, originally from Taiwan, first found her love for belly dance when she saw a video of Rachel Brice at Tribal Fest and has been learning belly dance from great dancers ever since. With roots in American Tribal Style (ATS®) belly dance, she continues to explore tribal fusion, and creating her unique style of belly dance.
Sunniva started her belly dance journey in 2008 and hasn't looked back! She began studying Egyptian style Raqs Sharqi and has since studied a variety of different styles of belly dance (Turkish, American, Fusion styles). She prides herself on her improvisational skills and unique style of dancing.
