Fresh Mango, cucumber, and jumbo shrimp skewers with a lemon basil and white balsamic glaze and spiced mango sauce served with 2016 Riesling.
Double up with a Carrot and Zucchini Cake with Hummus and Feta and Arugula Salad. Also, a Cauliflower Fritter with Cremé fresh and Tobiko Red Caviar served with 2016 Chardonnay.
Parsnip Latkes with Lox
A creamy blend of shredded potatoes and parsnips topped horseradish creme and smoked lox served with 2015 Arrow Rim GSM.
Chorizo poached in red wine and chorizo and bacon wrapped dates served with red wine and balsamic reduction served with 2016 Tempranillo.
Triple Choclate mousse
Layered silky smooth Dark, White, and Milk chocolate mousse served with 2016 Syrah.
